St. Julian Is Thinking Spring with its Newest Sweet & Refreshing Wines
Paw Paw, MI – St. Julian Winery & Distillery, Michigan’s largest and longest-operating winery, is debuting two brand new sweet, pink wines: Cherry Blossom and Strawberry Fields.
Cherry Blossom is a sweet pink wine made from Riesling and Michigan cherries. Flavors of cherry, peach, and blossom finish with a hint of floral notes. It pairs well with cherry chicken salad, pork, and spicy shrimp dishes. Strawberry Fields is also a sweet pink wine that will remind you of walking through a strawberry field on a sunny day bursting with flavors of strawberry fruit-flavored gelatin dessert, candied strawberries, and a hint of lime. This delightful wine pairs well with strawberry shortcake, almond biscotti, and spicy chicken wings.
“St. Julian has a unique ability to introduce distinctive wines to the market and has proven that over the years with other recent releases,” shares Nancie Oxley, Vice President of Winemaking. “Strawberry Fields and Cherry Blossom are no exception to that. Our winemakers crafted something truly special with these new wines from the vibrant color to the sweet fragrances and tasting notes.”
Made with Michigan grown grapes and fruits, these wines are the newest additions to St. Julian’s portfolio joining other recent wine releases such as Cotton Candy and PB&J.
Strawberry Fields and Cherry Blossom will be available at select retail partners throughout the Midwest region, online with the availability to ship to most states, and in all Michigan tasting rooms located in Paw Paw, Frankenmuth, Union Pier, Dundee, Troy, and Rockford.
