Wine Club FAQ
Joining is simple! Just choose one of our six Wine Club options, select your preferred number of bottles (2, 4, or 6 per quarter), and decide whether you’d like your wines shipped to you or ready for pickup at one of our tasting rooms. You can also join by contacting us at wineclub@stjulian.com, calling us at (800) 732-6002 ext.2 or by visiting us at any of our 6 tasting rooms.
Nope! There’s no fee to join—your only cost is for the wines that are automatically charged each quarter.
Two and four bottle members receive a 15% discount, while six-bottle members enjoy a 20% discount. All members also get 10% off merchandise and discounted shipping!
We have six options to match every palate:

Vineyard Select: A mix of dry reds, whites, and rosés.

Sweet Harvest: Sweet reds, whites, rosés, blends, and dessert wines.

You may select the club you would like to be in, but not the exact wines. The Wine Club is designed to highlight limited edition products that are pre-selected for you by our winemaker based on your preferences. If you pick up your wines in the tasting room, we encourage you to try the wines that are new to you, as that’s the fun of Wine Club. If you decide you would like to swap your preselected wines for different bottles, you are welcome to do so. You always take home the bottles you enjoy! Please keep in mind that money is not refunded and it is a one-for-one bottle exchange.
Your card on file will be automatically charged every three months; February, May, August, and November. You will receive an email with information about when your order is ready. If you join between club months, you will receive the next upcoming club order. You may still access any Wine Club wines if available. Contact wineclub@stjulian.com to order Wine Club wines between club months.
Absolutely! Approximately two weeks before each order is processed, you will receive an email to verify your account information, and to learn more information about when your order is ready to be picked up or estimated shipping dates if you prefer to have it shipped to you. This is the perfect opportunity to add wines to your order, make alternative delivery arrangements or chat with the Wine Club department about the wines.
Yes, those who have shipping orders must be home to sign for all alcohol purchases. Federal law requires that all wine shipments be signed for by someone over 21. We recommend using a business address when possible. You can also ship your wines to a FedEx or UPS pick up location, like a Walgreen’s or Dollar General, and they will sign for your package. You are then able to pick up the wines on your own schedule within 5 business days!
You can view your active orders by logging into your account, selecting Hello [your name] in the upper right corner of the page, then selecting Order History on the left side of the page. If the order status shows “In process,” it means that we‘re still preparing the package for shipment and it hasn’t left our warehouse. If the order shows “Shipped,” it means that the order is in transit.
Once a shipment leaves the warehouse, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number(s) at the email address provided on the order. Please refer to each carrier’s website or customer service center for tracking your shipments.
You are obligated for one automatic club shipment and we hope that you love it! However, if you feel the Wine Club is not right for your needs, you may cancel any time 30 days prior to the next shipment. Cancellations must be done in writing to wineclub@stjulian.com
Every purchase earns you double loyalty points, which you can redeem for e-gift cards! Learn more about redeeming loyalty points here.
Yes! For every person you refer to join Wine Club, you can receive a $10 e-gift card! Be sure to let us know by emailing us at wineclub@stjulian.com the existing member’s name & email. (Existing members do not have the same sign up date as you.) Referrals must be received within 5 business days of signing up. Referrals are only given to existing members who refer a new person; someone who has never previously been a club member.
