St. Julian Announces New Spirits Membership Club and Release of a New Exclusive Spirit
Paw Paw, MI – St. Julian Winery & Distillery, Michigan’s largest and longest-operating winery, is announcing a brand-new membership club for craft spirits.
As Michigan’s oldest craft distillery, St. Julian has been making premium spirits since 1998 in our Christian Carl Copper Still. The new Spirits Club is born out of a shared passion for innovative and classic flavors alike. Through locally sourced fruits and grains, St. Julian's goal with the Spirits Club is to create unique and memorable products that celebrate the process and artistry of distillation.
Spirits Club members have priority access to new release small batch spirits. These could be unique blends, experimental batches, or special aging processes not available to the public. The first limited released spirit is Agave. This spirit, made in the traditional Extra Añejo style, has been aged for over 5 years in Reposado tequila barrels at full strength at the St. Julian Winery & Distillery facility in Paw Paw, Mich. It features rich notes of honey blossom, cedar, vanilla, butterscotch, and toffee that culminates in a warm, smooth, and silky finish.
"After years of patiently waiting, we are thrilled to introduce our newest creation: an agave spirit that has been aged for over 5 years in our cellar,” says St. Julian Vice President of Winemaking, Nancie Oxley. “This Extra Añejo style agave is a testament to our commitment to quality and craftsmanship in every bottle, and we are excited to share this unique and exceptional product with our Spirits Club members."
There are quite a few benefits to joining the Spirits Club. Each quarter along with the exclusive spirit, members will receive the distiller information and tasting notes from Head Distiller Bob Bilton, the story behind the spirit, and advice on crafting cocktails. In addition, members will also receive complimentary tastings at our tasting rooms, discounts, and invitations to exclusive experiences and events throughout the year.

Classic favorites like gin and flavored vodkas are in the works, as well as innovative spirits like apple pie brandy and blackberry brandy aged in a Port Barrel. These limited, exclusive releases will only be available to St. Julian Spirits Club members.
