Start off your holiday season with St. Julian! Join us for a festive sparkling wine dinner with Winemakers Nancie and Kyle at the winery in Paw Paw. Enjoy a 4-course meal prepared by CK Catering; each course paired with one of St. Julian’s popular sparkling wines. Menu:
- Start your night with a toast of Braganini Reserve Blanc de Blanc
- Appetizer: Seared Scallops in a citrus champagne sauce, topped with pancetta cranberry jam, garnish with micro herb. Paired with Brut Champagne.
- Entree: Bacon-wrapped Pork Tenderloin with baby portabella Chardonnay sauce served with grilled carrots. Paired with Ciao Bolle.
- Entree: Garlic Rosemary Beef Tenderloin (Mignon), served with Rustic Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Paired with Sweet Nancie.
- Dessert: Peach and Cream Brulé. Paired with Sweet Nancie Peach.
