We crafted S’mores from Chambourcin grapes grown in the Lake Michigan Shore Appellation. Because of this grape’s character, the wine offers bright fruit flavor and natural balance. At the core, you’ll find sweet cherry and raspberry notes supported by gentle acidity. To elevate the experience, the winemaking team infused natural toasted marshmallow, chocolate, and graham cracker flavors. Together, these elements create a smooth, decadent profile with 7 percent residual sugar.
S’mores delivers all the indulgence of the classic treat without the sticky mess. For example, serve it at room temperature to highlight warm cocoa and marshmallow notes. Alternatively, chill it slightly to bring the fruit-forward character to the forefront. Because of this versatility, S’mores works beautifully in any season.
