This Spring Fizz is refreshing and bubbly, making it perfect for spring or a hot summer day. Apricot jam harmoniously plays with the natural fruit notes of our Vidal Blanc Ice Wine, and the lemon and aromatic bitters add it a mouth-watering dimension.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Vidal Blanc Ice Wine
- ½ oz whiskey
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon apricot jam
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- Sparkling wine
- Lemon for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, minus the sparkling wine, and shake vigorously.
- Add ice and shake again for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain into a Collins glass packed with ice and then top with the sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and then enjoy!
