Solera Cream Sherry

Made using the traditional solera method, Solera Cream Sherry is a essert wine that is crafted through a continuous blending process, where a portion of wine from previous years is integrated into each new batch. This gradual approach allows flavors to deepen and become more complex with every bottling. Brilliant amber with deep copper tones, it shows aromas of butterscotch, pecan, and warm spice, with rich flavors of hazelnut, almond, and caramel and a smooth, sweet finish. Pairs well with prosciutto, blue cheese, and caramel flan.
