Moment Rosé
Some of the best moments in life aren’t the ones we plan – they’re the ones that simply happen. A sunny afternoon on the patio, catching up with friends, sharing a meal, or taking a quiet moment for yourself, where you savor the now.
Moment is a dry rosé (0.6% RS) made for exactly these occasions. Fresh, vibrant, and easy to enjoy, it’s a reminder to slow down, put your phone away, pour a glass and savor the moment you’re in. A blended rosé wine made from the grapes Pinot Blanc, Grüner Veltliner and Blaufränkisch, this wine gains flavor, color and pizzaz from all the varieties working together. Fresh, bright, and made for good times, Moment is bursting with juicy strawberry and tangy rhubarb and balanced by delicate hints of rose petal. Zesty lemon and refreshing grapefruit keep every sip crisp and lively.
Pair Moment with fresh summer salads, grilled shrimp, fish tacos, charcuterie, creamy goat cheese and woodfired pizza. It’s also right at home with a picnic spread of fresh fruit, crunchy veggies and your salty snacks. Backyard grilling is the perfect “now” for this wine. However you enjoy it, Moment is about keeping things simple and easy.
Cold Hearted
This sweet rosé offers a vibrant, fruit-forward experience that showcases Concord grapes in a way you may have never tasted before. Concord grapes are usually made using a process called thermovinification, where the grapes are gently heated to pull out more color and flavor from their thick skins. For Cold Hearted, we went in a different direction. By cold-pressing the grapes instead, we captured all of the fresh, juicy flavors that make Concord so fun to drink. The result is a sweeter rosé (9.2% RS) that’s bright, lively, and tastes remarkably like biting into fresh grapes straight from the vineyard – with a little something extra! To make the wine even more refreshing, we blended in a touch of Traminette. This aromatic white grape adds beautiful floral notes and a burst of crisp acidity that keeps the wine vibrant and balanced. It lifts the rich Concord fruit, making every sip feel fresh instead of overly sweet. The flavors are pure summer— think fragrant flowers, juicy plum, grape jam, and ripe blueberries with a refreshing finish that keeps you reaching for another sip.
Cold Hearted is made for easy-going moments and foods. Try it with fresh berries and whipped cream, blueberry pie, and cheesecake. It’s delish with cheeses like Brie, Havarti, or goat cheese on your backyard charcuterie board or BBQ pulled pork and sweet and spicy dishes like Thai or Korean barbecue. Serve it well chilled and enjoy it on the patio, around the campfire, or wherever good company and great conversations happen.
New Tasting Room Location

We are excited for another St. Julian tasting room! The family is currently building the location at 2250 M-32, Gaylord, MI. We expect to open the tasting room in late summer or early fall 2026.
The Gaylord tasting room will expand St. Julian’s presence in northern Michigan. It will provide residents and visitors with a welcoming destination. Guests can enjoy tastings of award-winning wines, spirits, ciders, and non-alcoholic beverages. They can also shop seasonal selections and discover new releases from Michigan’s leading winery and distillery.
“We are thrilled to bring the St. Julian experience to Gaylord,” says Apollo Braganini II, President of St. Julian Winery & Distillery. “Northern Michigan remains an important destination for travelers and wine enthusiasts. As a result, we look forward to becoming part of the Gaylord community. This new location will give guests a place to gather, explore our products, and enjoy our hospitality. For more than a century, hospitality has remained at the heart of St. Julian.”
“Gaylord’s central location, strong tourism industry, and vibrant community make it a natural fit for St. Julian,” continues Braganini. “For years, we have welcomed guests from northern Michigan to our tasting rooms. Now, we are excited to bring a location closer to many customers. Furthermore, we look forward to introducing new visitors to our Michigan-made wines and spirits.”
