Rich, bold, and bottled at barrel strength, Bourbon Finished in Sherry Barrels is a limited small-batch release finished for four months in freshly emptied Solera Cream Sherry barrels. The Sherry finish layers notes of dark fruit, toasted nuts, caramel, and vanilla onto the bourbon’s warm, full-bodied character. Aromas of roasted almond, hazelnut, golden raisin, apple, and butterscotch lead to a long, warming finish with subtle Sherry notes and rich nuttiness. Enjoy it neat, on the rocks, or in a spirit-forward cocktail.
