Blue Heron

This semi-sweet white blend of Vidal Blanc, Seyval, and Riesling is a delicious example of Michigan’s cool climate white wines. Lovely aromas of peaches, melons and citrus blossom dominate. Delicate flavors of pear, mango and lychee overlay a crisp acid structure. The naturally low alcohol content and luscious fruit flavors appeal to a broad spectrum of wine lovers. Pairs well with caviar, pastries, or spicy foods.
