Ice Wine (375mL)
A richly sweet dessert wine jam-packed with notes of juicy apricot, citrus marmalade & honey. The grapes that made this wine were frozen while still on the vine hence the term "ice wine." The sugars and other dissolved solids in the grapes do not freeze, but the water does, allowing for a more concentrated grape juice to develop. Pairs well with brie, chocolate, or vanilla ice cream.
