Gin Aged in Chardonnay Barrels begins with our original grape-based gin and rests for one year in Braganini Reserve Chardonnay barrels. This aging process brings together bright botanicals and refined oak character for added depth and complexity. A 24-hour steep of seven botanicals reveals layered notes of citrus peel and classic juniper, balanced by soft oak and gentle vanilla. The result is smooth and expressive, with a rounded mouthfeel shaped by the winemaking process. Enjoy it neat, over ice, or in a Negroni or gin and tonic to highlight its warmth and distinctive barrel-aged finish.
