Summer may be winding down, but your wine adventure is just getting started! Join us for a fun, laid-back Wine Club 101 as we transition from crisp, refreshing rosés to the rich, cozy reds of fall. We’ll taste our way through a seasonal lineup while exploring what makes each wine unique. Along the way, you’ll learn how rosé gets its beautiful blush color, what gives red wines their bold flavors and structure, and how winemaking techniques like skin contact, fermentation, and aging influence the aromas, flavors, and character in every glass. Whether you’re new to wine or simply looking to expand your palate, this is the perfect opportunity to sip, ask questions, and discover new favorites in a relaxed, welcoming setting. Bring your curiosity, your taste buds, and a friend. Raise a glass with us, learn something new, and find the perfect wines to welcome the season.
This is a Wine Club exclusive event. A RSVP is required. You can either call (616) 263-9087 or visit the Rockford tasting room to reserve your spot(s). Space is limited and reservations allow up to 2 people per membership.
Can’t make the event? Enjoy a self-guided Wine Club 101 experience at any St. Julian tasting room throughout July. You’ll receive the class materials and six wine samples, and it counts as your complimentary tasting for the day. Prefer to sip at home?
