March’s Topic: “Greens” in Wine
Green notes in wine are some of the most intriguing aromas and flavors in the glass. Often described as herbaceous, grassy, leafy, vegetal or floral, these characteristics can add brightness and complexity to a wine. Join us as we dive into the science behind these green flavors and aromas and what makes them so delicious!
