Custom Crush
We offer custom crush and fermentation services for a diverse range of wines and ciders. Our capabilities include membrane pressing for whites, reds, and rosés, as well as thermovinification (hot press) for reds. We can also source juice upon request, leveraging our purchasing power to provide cost-effective solutions for your winemaking needs. Custom crush schedule occurs within the normal harvest parameters, in conjunction with the St. Julian schedule. Minimum custom-crush order:
- 5 tons for membrane press
- 10 tons for hot press
