The Apollo Banquet Hall, attached to St. Julian Winery’s Paw Paw hospitality room, makes an outstanding choice for all catering necessities.
The maximum seating capacity of the Apollo Banquet Hall is 68.
Monday thru Thursday - $125.00 per hour (two hour minimum) *Holidays are not available for rental nor is the week of Wine & Harvest Festival. The rental fee must be paid before we can confirm and guarantee the requested date for you. This fee is for use of the facility, set-up of tables and chairs, routine maintenance and cleaning of the room after your event.
Wine Tasting $8.00 per person (with Apollo rental)
St. Julian offers a full wine tasting as well as personalized group tastings. Tours are not offered during harvest months.
All of our wines and sparkling juices are available to be served upon selection. Soft drinks are also available upon request and can be made available in conjunction to the selected wines and juices. Your caterer provides coffee and tea.
We offer a hosted and cash bar:
- Hosted Bar – Host pays for the beverages provided.
- Cash Bar – Guests are responsible for their beverage fee.
- Wine Tasting - Includes 6 samples off a pre-selected wine list and glass.
No alcoholic beverages other than the ones produced by St. Julian are allowed (by law).
Smoking is not permitted except outside the building and off the patio per Michigan Law.
All planning, ordering and payment for catering services will be handled directly with the caterer.

Providing a full line of all possible dinner selections, Premier Catering uses only state-of-the-art equipment including a traveling meat/fish/poultry smoker and barbeque grill. They offer both a sit down service or buffet style meals and are fully acquainted with our kitchen and dining area.

Millennium Catering is different. Millennium Catering brings Millennium's offering to you: in your home, office, or other designated location. We can provide any element of your event, including invitation development, food service, and cleanup staff.
Decorating may be done by the rentee or their representatives. Decorations exclude glitter, confetti and helium balloons. No persons shall post, paste, fasten or affix any card or sign to any property of the Apollo. Nothing can be adhered in any way to painted walls or ceiling. It is the responsibility of the rentee to remove all decorations at the close of the event.
