Aromas of spicy carrot cake with fresh vanilla bean cream frosting, lures your palate to enjoy a silky, moderately sweet rum with a lively vanilla ice cream finish. Very clean and tasty, will be great to mix or sip on the rocks.
The distillate coming off the still is clear. In order for our A&G Rum to become a nice golden brown color, it must be aged in oak barrels. It is aged for a minimum of 1 year French oak barrels, along with fresh Madagascar vanilla beans. The barrels are medium toast with toasted heads, which imparts caramel aromas, nutty flavors and a delicious finish.
