White Wine Grilled Chicken

To continue the celebration of #MichiganWineMonth, we've got another tasty recipe for you! Grab your grill and your favorite St. Julian dry white wine and cook up some delicious white wine grilled chicken! We recommend our Unoaked Chardonnay, BR Dry Riesling or Reserve White Blend!


  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • 1cup dry white wine
  • 1cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1tsp sea salt
  • 1tsp black pepper
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts 

Garlic Sauce

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 14 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • salt and pepper


1. For garlic sauce, mix yogurt with sour cream, parsley, garlic. Add salt and pepper. Cover and put in fridge for at least 4 hours.
2. In another dish, mix all other ingredients, except the chicken breasts and garlic sauce. Add chicken breasts and flip to coat well. Cover the dish with a plastic wrap and let marinate in the fridge for 2 hours.
3. Set your grill to medium-high heat. Put chicken breasts on a greased grill (keep the marinade), close the cover and cook for about 7 minutes (baste the chicken breasts with the marinade a few times). Flip the chicken breasts and keep cooking for about 5 minutes or until the chicken is golden and not pink inside. Serve with yogurt and garlic sauce.
