A Pear and Ginger Wine Cocktail perfectly captures the essence of the colder seasons. It’s warm, spicy notes blend seamlessly with the crisp taste of pears. This cocktail is refreshing yet cozy, ideal for any autumn gathering. Ingredients

  • 1 ripe pear, diced
  • 2 oz pear vodka
  • 1 oz ginger liqueur
  • 3 oz chilled white wine
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • Pear slices (for garnish)
  • Fresh ginger slices (for garnish)
  • Ice 

Instructions

  1. Boil diced pear in water until soft (about 15 minutes).
  2. Blend into a smooth puree in the blender. Let it cool.
  3. In a shaker, combine pear puree, pear vodka, ginger liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  4. Add ice cubes and shake well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  6. Top with chilled white wine.
  7. Stir gently.
  8. Add pear slices and fresh ginger slices to the glass.
