1st Course - paired with Gruner Veltliner

Seared Sea Scallop with grilled pear, rainbow carrot crisps, and burre blanc with black lava salt

2nd Course - Mountain Road Estate Riesling

Grilled Quail with butternut sage risotto and pork belly greens

3rd Course - Pinot Noir

Pork Loin Schnitzel with currant braised red cabbage, butter spatzel, and rich pork demi glace

4th Course - Cabernet Sauvignon

Salt & herb crusted lightly smoked strip medallion with roasted artichoke, kalamata, and pepper ragout, with citrus bleu cheese sauce, garnished with gaufrette crisp

5th Course - Creme d Or

Pumpkin Cheesecake stuffed ginger bouchon with whipped goat's cheese & marscarpone and creme d or zabaglione
