Wine Cheese Fondue

Recipe by St. Julian


1 Clove Garlic, Pressed
2 Cups ST. J Chardonnay
1 lb Swiss Cheese, Shredded
3 Tbsp Flour
½ tsp Sea Salt
1/8 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
Dash Nutmeg
3 Tbsp St. Julian A&G Brandy
1 Loaf French Bread, Cut into 1” cubes


Press garlic in bowl. Add St. Julian Chardonnay and place over very low heat until air bubbles rise to surface (Do Not Boil). Coat cheese with flour. Add to simmering wine a handful at a time, stirring to completely melt each portion. Keep stirring until mixture starts bubbling lightly. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg. Stir in B & C Brandy. Place in a fondue pot. Serve with bread.
