2 large tomatoes seeded, and diced
1 bunch green onion, finely chopped
1–3 jalapeno peppers (to taste), finely chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
3/4teaspoon fine sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4teaspoon ground black pepper


In a large bowl, combine all ingredients then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
