Pasta Salad

1 lb Cavatelli Pasta
2 Tbsp Garlic, Chopped
½ Cucumber, Peeled and Diced
5 Red Radishes, Diced
2 Scallions, Diced
¾ Cup Black Olives, Pitted
½ Cup Carrots, Diced
¼ Cup Celery, Diced
1 Tbsp Fresh Basil
1 Cup Grape Tomatoes
¼ Cup Olive Oil
½ Cup St. Julian Italian Dressing
½ Cup Shredded Asiago Cheese


Boil pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and run under cool water. Add all other ingredients in order. Salt and Pepper to taste.
