2 Pounds Flank Steak
1/4 Cup St. Julian Italian Dressing
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
4 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
1 T Fresh Rosemary
1/2 T Fresh Basil
1/4 T Fresh Ground Pepper


Place oil, Italian Dressing, garlic, basil, & rosemary in a large plastic bag; seal & shake. Add flank steak; marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight (the longer the better). You can use a broiler (broil at least 2 minutes per side) or preheat grill to medium heat and grill 4 minutes per side. Transfer to cutting board (allow the meat to rest) & slice thinly on the diagonal across the grain.
