Ingredients

8 oz Blue Cheese (Gorgonzola)
2 Cloves Garlic, peeled and Minced
1 Stick Unsalted Butter, Softened
1 Tbsp Fresh Tarragon, Minced
1 Tbsp Fresh Basil, Minced
½ tsp. Ground Pepper
¼ Cup ST. J Chardonnay

Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor on high until thoroughly blended. Serve as a spread on crusty bread or breadsticks.
