Fresh raspberries are "infused" for several weeks in brandy distilled from raspberries. The infused nectar is extracted and bottled. It takes 20lbs of fruit to produce each distinctive bottle. 40 Proof.
Currant, black cherry, caramel, & chocolaty aromas. A rich, ripe entry leads to a slightly sweet finish with good depth of fruit & is integrated well with elegant grape brandy.
Butterscotch & rich caramelized nut aromas follow through to silky, fruity hazelnut flavors with a distinct sherry note. Fortified with 9 year old Brandy!
