1 egg white
1 oz egg substitute
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
2 oz St. Julian Solera Cream Sherry
5 oz milk
Mix egg substitute with powdered sugar and St. Julian Solera Cream Sherry. Beat egg white until stiff, but not dry, fold into wine mixture. Pour into 10 oz glass and add milk. Top with nutmeg.
This recipe originally called for raw egg yolk, but today's health standards suggest using an egg substitute for the yolk. It still tastes delicious and Santa loves it.
