50-80 Pre-cooked Frozen Meatballs
2 cups St. Julian’s Catherman’s Port
1 can (8oz.) Tomato Paste
3 cups Beef Broth
½ Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
2/3 cup Brown Sugar


Combine: Port, tomato paste, & beef broth in a large pot over Medium High heat. Bring to a boil stirring occasionally. Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, and brown sugar. Once all ingredients are combined add meatballs to the sauce and let cook on Medium Heat until sauce becomes thick and meatballs are heated within.
