1 cup water
1/2 cup honey
6 oz lemonade (frozen concentrate)
1 cup mint leaves (fresh)
1 cup St. Julian Michigan Champagne
10 cups watermelon balls
In a medium saucepan combine water and honey, bring to a boil a stir until honey is dissolved. Stir in lemonade, mint leaves and St. Julian Champagne.
Place watermelon balls in a large serving bowl. Pour mixture over fruit, cover and chill up to 7 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh mint.
