Tasting Notes

Tea and plum notes leads to a smooth oak and slight mineral start. A subtle hint of tobacco comes across in a sweet lingering mélange of black currant and spice. The sweet acidity is light on the palate and finishes with a dollop of red currant, raspberry and dark cherry fruit.
